    摘要:

    冠心病(CHD)是我国常见且多发的一种心血管疾病,其核心病理基础为动脉粥样硬化。动脉粥样硬化作为一种慢性炎症性免疫反应过程,在CHD的发生和发展中扮演着关键角色。因此,探究免疫系统在CHD发生与发展中的作用机制,已成为该领域的研究热点。本文综述了CHD中T细胞及其T细胞受体(TCR)谱系特征的研究进展,包括T细胞亚群在CHD中的作用以及TCR谱系的多样性和特异性,旨在为开发CHD的新型诊断工具和治疗策略提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a common and frequently occurring cardiovascular disease in China, with atherosclerosis serving as its core pathological basis. As a chronic inflammatory immune response process, atherosclerosis plays a critical role in the initiation and progression of CHD. Therefore, investigating the mechanisms by which the immune system contributes to the development and progression of CHD has become a research hotspot in this field. This article reviews the research progress on T cells and their T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire characteristics in CHD, including the roles of T cell subsets in CHD, as well as the diversity and specificity of the TCR repertoires, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for developing novel diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies for CHD.
